“Please, don’t tell my mother that I lost my eyesight”

Muhammad Barash, 41, from a refugee camp in Ramallah city, was sentenced to 3 life-time sentences plus 30 years for resisting the Israeli occupation.

Due to deliberate medical negligence in Israeli jails, he lost his eyesight and his left leg.

He once wrote a letter to his brother begging not to tell his mother that he became blind.

In the light of #coronavirus outbreak, fears rise among his family members over his health condition, as the Israeli authorities don’t provide the needed protection from the #COVID19, according to Palestinian rights groups.
