Hebron (In Palestine Today)- A number of Palestinian citizens were injured today, Saturday, as a result of settler attacks on them, in the villages of Tawana and Al-Mafqara in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
Fouad al-Amor, the coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committee in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, said that settlers of “Havat Ma’on” attacked the residents’ homes in the villages of Tawana and Al-Mafqara and threw stones at them, which led to the injury of a number of the Palestinians.
He added that the occupation forces, who were guarding the settlers, fired stun grenades and tear gas canisters at the citizens, causing dozens of suffocation cases among them.
The Palestinian citizens in the villages of Al-Mufaqra and Tawana are facing extremely difficult conditions, due to the continuous attacks of the occupation forces and settlers against them.
