Palestinian activists call on a Canadian singer to boycott apartheid “Israel”

Palestine,Tuesday, March 10, 2020 (In Palestine Today) – Palestinian women living under Israeli occupation are uniquely impacted by Israel’s policies. They are subjected to injustice and deprived of their rights.

Canadian Singer Celine Dion posted a tweet celebrating International women’s Day. She is scheduled to perform in Tel Aviv in August 2020.

Palestinian activists from “Vpalestine team” wanted to deliver a message in order to convince her to boycott apartheid “Israel”, so they commented on the tweet explaining to her how Palestinian women are being subjected to all kinds of humiliation by the occupation state.

It is worth mentioning that there are 43 Palestinian females held in Israeli prisons and detention centers, including 16 mothers, 8 injured prisoners, 12 sick prisoners and 4 administrative detainees held without charge or trial.
