Palestine, Monday, 30 March.(In Palestine Today)- A group of local and international activists in solidarity with the Palestinian cause are going to participate today at 11.am( Palestine time) in Land Day Remembrance in order to express their solidarity with Palestine and the Palestinian people.
The activists are going to storm Twitter with the hashtag #PalestineLandDay so that they can commemorate the day when six Palestinians were killed while demonstrating against Israeli government confiscation of 21,000 dunams of their lands.
Today, Palestinians worldwide observe Land Day, commemorating the general strike against the Israeli expropriation of their land.

Palestine Land Day is commemorated not only by Palestinians, but also by Palestinian grassroots supporters globally.
The Land Day is special to the Palestinians because it was the first time since 1948 that Palestinians in Israel organized a collective response to Israeli policies.
