Palestinian activists exposing Israel’s crimes

Palestine, Sunday, May 31.2010(In Palestine Today)- NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, in his tweet, wrote that he had made a call with Netanyahu, to discuss the political situation in the region. He also said that Israel is an important NATO partner and a member of their Mediterranean Dialogue, and he look forward to continued cooperation between the two countries.

As a result, activists from Palestine SunBird Team have expressed their outrage of what Jens Stoltenberg stated.

The activists tried to show him the ugly face of Israel as it commits horrific crimes against the Palestinians, the last of which was the killing of a young man with special needs.

Eyad Hallaq, a 32-year-old autistic man, was on his way to the Elwyn Center for disabled people. Border Police officers claimed they believed he was holding a gun – there was none – and when they called out for him to stop, he started running. The penalty was death.

They also tried to get him a message that the ‘only democracy in the middle east’ practices brutality and racism against the Palestinian people everyday.

Palestine SunBird team is a young, pro-Palestine activists from different countries around the world. The goals of the team are to monitor the Israeli violations and hate-speech against Palestinians and pro-Palestine activists worldwide, and fight them on the internet and social media platforms. They’re also interested in endorsing BDS and pro-Palestine activities worldwide.
